We are honored to share with you our farm to table culinary concept.

Our itinerant restaurant without walls is rebuilt every morning and disappears every night. It is a momentary experience and joyous celebration of human connection and the countryside. Together we come together to share the most fundamental, most universal human conversation: a meal.

In the middle of the Hacienda San Jose Lavista vineyard is our restaurant, with an open air essence "farm to table" inspired by a kitchen based on farmers fresh produces and with fire as the protagonist in the cooking process. You can enjoy an unforgettable experience in direct contact with nature and the earth, dining under the stars and surrounded by the aromas of the vineyard.
